Sales Assistant Head Office:
“Good morning Sophie, this is TeamMember3 in Sales how may
I help you?
Newcastle Office Assistant:
“Hello TeamMember3, I’m ringing in regard to an invoice
I received today for a large order of stock that I haven’t
even got yet. In fact I’ve been waiting for this order for
three weeks now. I purchased the stock originally on a promise of
quick delivery - that would normally be just a few days. Two weeks
passed and nobody called me to let me know of any hold ups or delays
so I rang and was told it could be a few more days, it’s now
another week and I want to know exactly what is going on.”
