Product Flyers

Kylie has popped out of her office to discuss with you some new product flyers that she wants you to create. Swaggies is planning to put together a series of flyers for the Swaggies range of products. These flyers will be distributed to our stores on a progressive basis as they are prepared.

She tells you that she has currently been working on Category A1 products - Aboriginal Products. She leaves you some handwritten notes (six pages - choose only one, but if time permits, you can do more) about these and asks you to do the following:

1. Create a new subfolder in the Sales & Marketing Flyers folder called Category A1.
   
   
2. Select one of the handwritten notes and create a flyer before moving on to the others. Make sure it is displayed effectively – for example, use a variety of formatting features to make the flyer eye-catching (justification, tab settings, margin settings, font sizes, vertical centring etc).
   
   
3. Add some interest to the flyer by inserting appropriate graphics from our Image Gallery folder. The images for Category A1 products are stored in the Images area of the Swaggies Website - under Boomerangs. Alternatively look through the Image section for more ideas and resize graphics if necessary.
   
   
4. Refer to the section ‘Promotional Material’ in the Policy and Procedures Manual for guidelines.
   
   
5. Proofread the document carefully.
   
   
6. Save the document to the new folder you have created - using the filename listed on the handwritten document.
   
   
7. Print a copy and give to Kylie for checking.
