Creating an Agenda
Prepare an Agenda for our next OH&S meeting. You
will find an Agenda form in the General Stationery folder
- Date/Time/Place: second Monday
of next month, 10.00 am in the Conference Room.
- Items to be discussed
are: Confirmation of minutes of last meeting, Next OH&S audit, Purchase
of ergonomic workstations, Staff Training Session, Safety in the Workplace,
General Business.
- Save into the OH&S folder
with the filename Agenda-(date of meeting).doc
- Print a copy and leave
on Lyn's desk
Don’t forget to refer to the section called Style Guidelines in
the Policy and Procedures Manual when completing the agenda.
