AQF LEVEL 2 - Scenarios and Tasks

You will be working as an Office Assistant (Clerk Grade 1/2) in the following departments:

  1. Administration Department
  2. Human Resources Department
  3. Sales and Marketing Department
  4. Accounts Department

To gain relevant office experience, every task must be successfully completed and submitted to your supervisor for feedback.

Refer to the documents in the Swaggies Document Library as there is useful information to help you with the activities.

All tasks and scenarios have been given a name for the purpose of easy identification and to simplify things where future reference is required.

You should label your completed tasks and scenarios by recording a task/scenario name, their name and current date for identification purposes, feedback and for future reference.

All completed tasks and relevant documentation must remain in the students personal (employee) folder as evidence of completed tasks and for auditing requirements.
