Incoming Mail and
New Business Card
Task 1
On the attached table you are
required to identify the person or department you would forward the
various mail items to. You may wish to refer to
Swaggies’ Policies and Procedures Manual or the
Organisation Chart for
information that will assist you to complete this task.
Task 2
Check the incoming mail tray and proceed as follows:
- Download and print a new Incoming Mail Register
from the general stationery folder
- Date stamp and place in order of priority
- Record mail into Mail Register and submit to me
for checking
Task 3
Create a New Business Card
- Retrieve the Business Card template from Swaggies
drive (ask for help if you cannot locate the template)
- Create your business card and save it into your
personal folder
- Check for spelling and overall presentation of
your Business Card then print
- Use the guillotine to make edges even if necessary
and laminate
- Email the file to me as an attachment
- Show your supervisor the laminated card
